Earica “EP” Parrish is a Chicago-based visual artist, strategist, and facilitator working across photography, design, writing, and brand narrative. Grounded in research and audience insight, she translates complex ideas into clear, human-centered storytelling for both cultural institutions and global brands, including Diageo, Cash App, and more.

Her photographic practice is rooted in live events and cultural programming, where she approaches image-making as an act of stewardship. Working at the intersection of queer ecology, Black feminist thought, and community archiving, she creates photographs that hold intimacy, reverence, and relational memory. Using both digital and film processes, she centers softness, presence, and reciprocity, documenting not only what is seen but what is felt.

EP holds a B.S. in Journalism and Marketing from Syracuse University and a Master’s in Creative Business Leadership from Savannah College of Art and Design. Her work has been exhibited at Zhou B Art Center, Gallery Guichard, and Chicago Art Department, and she was named the February 2025 Artist in Residence at South Facing Windows. She is also the curator of Every Other Musing, an archival writing and gathering series dedicated to honoring Afro-Diasporic artists from the past and present.

Across mediums, EP creates warm, invitational work that preserves the present while nurturing memory, connection, and future-making.
